By downloading or using any Mylo app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Mylo apps are provided by Mylo ("we," "us"). These terms apply to Asker and all other apps in the Mylo suite.

Asker helps small service business owners send Google review requests to clients via iMessage. The app pre-fills a message with the client's name and your Google review link. You send it. That's the product.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from the people you message and for complying with applicable laws regarding commercial communications.

Asker Pro (Monthly): $14.99/month with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Asker Pro (Annual): $99.99/year.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store or in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Consent to purchase is not required to use the app. A subscription only unlocks unlimited use.

Asker may send standard iOS push notifications about activity in the app. You can disable these in your iPhone Settings.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Don't use Asker to send unsolicited messages to people who haven't done business with you.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Asker and all Mylo apps are owned by Mylo. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices. You don't own the app. You own a license to use it while your subscription is active.

The app is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that using Asker will result in more Google reviews, increased business, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your business, your clients, and how consistently you use the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Mylo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You can stop using the app at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify you through the app where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
